Restful Nights: My Journey from Sleeplessness to Blissful Sleep

By Joanna Sullivan, Senior Editor | Updated August 2026

Lying awake, listening to my husband's snoring peacefully next to me, I was overwhelmed with frustration and envy. Each passing minute felt like an hour, and this was one of many endless nights taking a severe toll on my vitality.

Sleeping pills had no effect, audiobooks just kept me up, and blackout curtains made every sound more noticeable. I was desperate for a real solution before discovering Wellamoon sleep patches through a close friend.
