We have both high pressure and low pressure die casting machine equipment in our company, with 19 sets of high pressure die casting machines and 28 sets of low pressure die casting machines; Aluminum alloy is the main material for high pressure casting, while aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and magnesium alloy are mainly used for low pressure casting.
The precision casting workshop, which began with steel precision casting, later equipped itself with machinery for die casting, sand casting, gravity casting, and other processes.
Moreover, our machining workshop is outfitted with 50 CNC lathes (including four-axis and five-axis machines), and a complete set of equipment such as milling machines, grinders, drill machines, hydraulic presses, punches, laser engraving machines, and more. Not only do we manufacture our own products, but we also specialize in machining non-standard customized parts for foreign trade products; the materials we work with range from metal to plastic and rubber, and we cater to industries like auto parts, industrial, agricultural, aviation, medical, 5G, transportation, etc.
